Masc Spectating Error

Mech capable equipping but not having MASC.
Pressing MASC key causes no bitching betty sound nor MASC activation on client side. However, when spectating such mech and MASC key is pressed, betty warning can be heard on spectating side.

Unknown if related to this patch, likely older.
