Downloading Limit ?

Um quick question.
Been back after 5 yrs, and now downloading game from scratch.
Although I have 18 megabytes per second download speed (150 mBit) from my ISP, I clearly see, the game is downloading only 6 megabytes per second.

Why is that ?
Never happend in any other game so far.
Can this be speed up ?

Can't you just download it overnight or when you are in work?
