Appreciate acknowledging that soup queue has issues.
Totally feel the pain for playing in an Aussie based unit.

The hybrid option sounds promising. Especially allowing solos to opt in to group queue.

Thank you for saying that changes will need to be done carefully. I think the priority is improving to sustainable population levels. Then look at improving the solo player experience.
