I apologize if this is covered elsewhere but since there's no more scouting I've requested PGI refund the mc I paid for the extra scouting drop decks.

To me, this is fair, opinions?

I liken this to a mech that I purchased 4 years ago.

PGI "We are no longer going to allow you to play that mech that you paid real money for and since you've used it for 4 years we are not issuing a refund."

Ok, who is this martian guy? PGI employee or spy?

I play a lot of qp and fw matches and don't remember him.

Over 3,300 posts so he's a forum warrior.

It does appear I am out of luck, not the first time I might add.

Just seems odd some rando pops up with such depressing information.

I have been playing MWO since the very beginning, as both my registration date and my title show.

1) seems fair to me
2) are scouting decks different from regular FP drop decks??
3) maybe ask to convert it to a regular FP drop decks
4) they still have scouting you just don't know when

Yeah, it sucks to have bought a Scouting Drop Deck, only to find that there is no more Scouting missions anymore, at least for now...

I almost bought my Scouting Drop Deck also, found out on this same FP forum that Scouting is no more, at least for now...

i'm thinking they still sell scouting decks. I just bought FP deck and almost bought the scouting deck by mistake. Perhaps the scouting deck should be removed.

And . . . yeah, it would be a great show of integrity to exchange the legacy scouting deck for a faction play deck.

they could just insert/activate the friggin scouting-mode again. some of us enjoyed that mode and dearly miss it.
I for one do. give us back scouting, I can't see what'd be so harmful about that.

I actually did buy a scouting deck when I was getting mech bays during the sale in September. Realized a little too late scouting is dead... for now.
