Was there ever and explanation for heat from weapons or componetns like AMS why doesn't LAMS include it's own heat sink??? was there any explation to why weapons rasied the heat of mechs other than for balance?

i recall something about myomers giving off heat and that the heat could damage normal myomer or in the case of triple strength boost it's preformance

on top of that are there mechs that use heat radiator panels?
