Artemis IV-enhanced SRM-4/SRM-6 racks do not count towards the "1000 damage with SRM4/SRM-6" goals. You must use standard SRMs.
However, you can use SRMs with Artemis IV for the "5000 damage with missiles" goal, if you wish.
Of course, you can use any favorite misile system.
