I would like a lot of things.

For example would like to know why Battletech founders never did what SFB founders did, instead they fall somewhere between ADB and the mess that happened to Gary Gygax.

Part of the story is online yet some things seem missing. If only Battletech's line were run by some group like ADB (does not have to be them), a number of problems would not exist.

No idea what ADB and SFB stand for, but the original creators of Battletech went bankrupt a long time ago and the intellectual property is divided into parts and is legally an absolute mess. Even before the bankrupcy some content was taken out of circulation due to copyright trolling.

What exactly are you referring to there?

How does ADB - in your mind - run their particular business and which problems would allegedly not exist if the Battletech line was run by a group similar to ADB?

No, they did not.

That's at least in part correct.

The removal of the "Unseen" was the cheapest and most practical approach to the copyright and licencing troubles. It's kind of a miracle that PGI ultimately more or less came out on top in the same struggle with Harmony Gold.
