It is fairly typical for the end dates to be listed ambiguously, e.g. the most recent sale ended at 00:00 UTC on July 1st, but was listed as ending at 17:00 PDT on July 1st. 00:00 UTC on July 1st is 17:00 PDT on June 30.

MWO, please always state this event ending 23:59pm UTC on July 1st 2021, etc.
And there has been major misunderstandings over this, for example:

This does not help customer goodwill (actually, quite the opposite), especially when MWO is building up its player base again.
