Hey all!

Been playing the game for 12 hours or so now, and am enjoying it.

Question for you:

What does reduced visibility do? I get maps that have extreme reduced visibility, but I can see for miles. I just dropped on a mission that has a "hellstorm" or something but the day is crystal clear?

Is this just a radar thing, or is there supposed to be some visual like fog or sand storms or something so I can't see?
