I bought the tournament support pack on 9/4/2021 and still haven't received the 10% Boost, 'Mech Bay, 1250 MC, 30 Days Premium Time, and 100 GSP. The wording said I should receive these at time of redemption so shouldn't that mean I get them when i pay for the pack?

Oh well issued a refund since something as simple as handing out digital content is to hard for you pgi first and last time I try to buy anything from you.
