First of all to the modder, nice job, I tip my hat.

When PGI said chained missions, I thought of MW2 mercs.
Early on there is a contract with many routes to go whether succeeding
in saving an H2O supply, getting paid off by the enemy to turn around
and leave, and finally taking out the escaping enemy mechs or escaping yourself.

The alpha demo had a shawk comming out of a hangar, I was hooked. Alas, no hangar.

My incoherent point is it would have been nice to have a chained mission minni
campaign of 3 to maybe 5 or 6 missions.

Drop, head to base, get attacked, get to base which has hangar
Defend base by leaving hangar
Scout area, base is attacked requiring quick return
Scout for enemy base, attack
Find enemy dropship after routing enemy base, destroy

One mission may go bad requiring you to escape or affect reloads and repairs.

I guess i just really want a hangar cuz the leopard doesnt hotdrop.
it does things backward. We should walk onto the dropship and deploy
with hover insertion

Lets face it. We deserve a Union dropship

Leopards do hot drop, they just never animated it in MW5, but did in MWO. And neither game ever attempted any other kind of drop ship, which is a shame… especially MW5, where you can have a dozen mechs ready to roll plus more in storage on a cramped little leopard that has s capacity of 4 mechs by lore. they really ought to give us a union in later dlc, so you can have more active mechs and dont have to bring mechs in and out of cold storage so much. well technically union can only carry 12 mechs, which is what we get in game now. but i assume my merc unit has 2 other leopards you dont see on screen. if its the same deal with unions, you would get 36. or perhaps upgrade to an overlord but eventually you end up with a drop ship way too big to land on the maps. even the unions you see in game are like a 3rd their actual size (see various mwll maps or the big ring on tourmaline for a more accurate scaling).
