Now when i crash at the ready screen or just as game starts i cant rejoin the game and i get hit with you have left the game prematurely strike.

After MWO game crash out of QP (Quick Play) game, restart your MWO game client, login.

Upon entering the main MWO game client page, click on [Quick_Play] again, and select "Rejoin_Quick_Play_Match".
You have 4 minutes to do this upon exiting your MWO game session. Good luck!

You can still join after 4 minutes, but 4 is the treshold for getting a small penalty for nonparticipation.

And dont use fullscreen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Turn Fullscreen to full windowed and 99% of all crashes are solved. Unstable ram oc and bad wifi u got the remaining percent.

Hover your cursor over the QP button, don't click it. You'll see the rejoin options. Click the rejoin button.

I know that's how it worked before but like the last 3 times ive crashed i couldn't get back in and i got the you left early strike message. I also know it didnt take me longer then 2 minutes to log back in.

You get the message if you attempt to queue for another match instead of rejoining.

I don't crash often but when I do I have the same issue.

I crash back to the login screen, log back in, click to rejoin the match and subsequently the game pretends it's loading the match, but never actually connects.

The only thing that works for me is what wOqj described, I totally exit the game (I use the Steam client) and then start up the game again. After getting back to the game I actually am able to rejoin the match. If my mech is still alive by that point is a whole different issue though.
