In other words, MechWpnsTech, you're looking for a Pirate-Themed Event which awards Pirate-Themed Items to a player, right? 
If so... I'm game for it... Consider your idea SUPPORTed by me!!!
And by the way... check in-game for Pirate-Themed Items... You will find that we already happen to have a fair sum of them which can be made possible to earn during the course of a Pirate-Themed Event going on.
