It should be okay, as long as there is nothing illegal.

There are many forum posts with discord links.

so long as the contents of the links does not go against the coc in a deliberate way it should be fine. a link to your unit's discord is probibly ok, a link to a game hacking channel on the other hand would probibly not be. though discord has its own content rules so i doubt they would let you do anything bad anyway.

And since it is a unit type of invite, it should go in the Faction Play subforum, not the General forum nor newbie section, etc..
