It echos through my head when I think of MWO now....

Do you like Ramen? Yes
Would you like healthy ramen from a us based small business? Yes!
Then try Vite Ramen! Use checkout code NGNG for a discount.

Oh boy! Oh boy! Gotta try it.

I bought a 9 pack variety pack, and admittedly the total was a lot higher than what I expected.
I certainly hope they can succeed as a US business, but I think I will wait for the prices to come down before purchasing again.

Thanks for the warning about the prices, even with an Offer Code being provided to use. That will keep some of us from improperly spending our money. :)

Cheap ramen is an economy of scale. Small company... not so much.

But how's it taste? Superior? Ramen? Meh?

There is a lot less sodium in these than typical ramen noodles, and you can tell. That is a good thing. However, the noodles seemed a little on the bland side, possibly because of it. At the moment, I have only eaten one, so I am reserving judgement. Perhaps the other flavors will be different. I'll let you know.

ramen is what you feed to children and old people to keep them out of your bacon stash.

Ramen was a right of passage for me when I went through college. Today when I make Ramen noodles, it is half about nostalgia.

Sure there is. You just don't find it in your typical grocery store for 25 cents a pack. Posted Image The good stuff is most often in specialty grocery stores. but since I don't GO to those often, I'm waiting to hear knight-of-ni's review!

Ramen?

Back in the days I had only instant noodles from Vietnam. Posted Image
But I would give a shot, if possible.

Or look for a ramen shop in your town that's there for whatever inexplicable reason. If locals are flocking to it...it's probably a damn good sign it's good ramen. REAL ramen, with fatty pork slices, different soup broths, and tasty hard boiled (or slow boiled?) ramen eggs.

None of this instant ramen silliness.

Making a claim like that on these Forums is a very dangerous thing to do. I suppose you can back this up with a video post that shows you doing such amazing cooking that tastes so great?

i do not run a show. i feed humans, who clean their plate without being ordered, bribed, or threatened. this is the true bar for cooking.

Ramen with the chicken flavoring is great when you add in a can of mixed veggies and the leftover chicken from the previous nights dinner. Not a fan of the other flavors. I've had fresh ramen from a specialty store and its better tasting but eh noodles are noodles in the end and its more what you add to them that matters.
