So this has come up a number of times over on the MW5 reddit. But, because it is exponentially more active than these forums, it quickly gets lost in the shuffle. Players keep finding the AI toon that has some of the best voice acting lines in the game. Many have asked how to find her. Problem is, since names, skill levels, and locations are all RNG, no one can point out any of those as to where/how to find her. But, through testing, we at least have determined which introduction voice blurb is the one that will get you the right comms chatter.

Posting a video taken from Instant Action with only a couple of the statements she makes during battle. I included two others that are close. But, you can clearly see/hear that the first choice is the one with the best lines.
