Hello there, 'Koldz'... 
It so happens that there are about 14 different zones to go look around for recruiting. They're all under "MechWarrior Universe > Faction Play" (https://mwomercs.com/forums/forum/307-faction-play/) at this time, so you'll need to head over and go dig around a bit. Due to how many different mindsets and sides which there are to the matter, it was never possible to centralize it all in one singular discussion thread for everyone. Good luck finding the group which you wish to be with!!!
