I ask you PGI please return random maps as a standard format and just let up pick the game mode. There have been to many times I have wanted to play a specific new map or a classic map only to wait some times weeks to even play one of them.

I'm glad to say i am happy with the game play all but this issue thanks and keep up the great work on MWO.

P.S We could really use a huge general chat loby for the new players to interact with the older players to learn and passably revive faction play.

I agree, a lobby chat, get rid of all the loading screens, and go to random maps, get rid of game modes that suck or belong in some other ques/modes or heck PGI listen to your fans and players on issues that involve them. I don't see any of you playing your game with us? How come you all are not in the ques with us playing and listening?

Love the game, but your losing me and others possibly due to toxicity and game issues, PGI.

No Random Maps!

But Map-Treshold per Day!

Every Map must be played this amount of time a day.
Any map not receiving that gets more pictures in the votings till all pictures are all of that map, so ppl know the must do the job either way!

Yeah I much prefer the map voting system over random but they could certainly put limits on how many times a certain map is presented for voting per day or half day etc.

every time they touch it... its broken

now the hud is doing weird ****
my mw2 sound paks only half work

the skill tree change was a mistake,

they should at least roll **** back.. but then never do.. they just build on top of a broken foundation

Sorry but I, normaly a Nayer on PGI, only think they did it well!

Now they must only min/max a little and some tweaks here and there in voting systems and maps.

Else they even give "you" (all) this simple skilling-system for IMBA Mechs...

I'd settle for "if you just played a match on map X, map X does not appear in your next match choices."

Random maps counters the voting gaming where folk intentionally try for the least likely version then pile votes into a niche one for their own mech.

Random maps worked just fine in the past, I see no reason why we shouldn't go back. It literally then becomes the luck of the draw as to what you get and how you need to shift tactics for your mech.

What would be good with the random or picked maps, is to have a drop deck of two, of the same weight range, so you can pick something more in keeping with the selection. Let's face it, it would be something you did in the prep time to a drop in RL.

Same. Voting is bad for match quality and a complete waste of time.

Kinda yes. As some mentioned there should be a limiter/counter that equalises map usage per day.

Also I would go even further and give every map a fixed mode instead of all maps with all modes compability.

Then go in and tweak/optimise the maps for just that specific mode. I think that would result in better maps then haveing to think of every mode the map has to support in some way.

But i hate voting, i ever hated it, it does no good to the game at all, it makes it only more boring bcs of map and mechbuild favoritism synergy.

PS: Not that it would make me play again, thw whole direction is oposite to what i would like to play...
No Voting
No Quirks aside of outliers like the hunchback gets improved durability on its hunch i.e.
No Groups in QP
No Pinppoint (you get a fix point of convergence and that it is, you can rangeadjust it for your playstyle)
No ECM overabundance, overlapping ECM counts as 1 ECM.
No AMS ridiculousness, Mass AMS becomes ineffective for aiming the same missiles wasting firepower...
Complete Missile Play overhaul !!!
Increasing the accessibility for people in poor hardware/connection - prevent the Skillcrew from making a game of many approaches a simple hide, point, click, steamroll action fps.
etc.

Well, the Ship has sailed and i opted to not board it...have fun all you stay!
