Saw that the hero mech was on sale and decided to test it out in testing grounds.

...Found out that when you jump-jet with it that there is no inaccuracy for weapons... at all. Is this intentional? I would buy it in a hot second if so.

If it is a bug that will be patched later, I would be really regret buying it.

It's intentional, the cauldron added it.

Do not buy mechs just because of the quirks, Mech quirks change over time, Mechs change.

that said i don't really see this mech changing that much in the next 6 months outside of maybe something to make it a little better. Id say if you wanna try playing a pop-tart it might be decent.

all that said, Seeing the caldron are the ones calling the shots on this sorta stuff these days, maybe one of them will give you odds on the chance of the HM getting it's quirks changed.

But sure, say it how ever.. I'm just saying it makes for a decent jump sniper trainer

Yup, the Heavy Metal was a lackluster aging hero mech until May's patch when they added the no-shake-jump-jet feature. Now it has some potential that other mechs do not. I've dusted mine off and have played it since the patch, which says volumes.
