I've been having this glitch lately where MASC mechs will occasionally get locked on full throttle. I don't know what triggers it, but it's happened in my Shadow Cat and Phoenix Hawk.

It's a really terrible bug. You have to fight with your mech since the throttle is always locked at 100%. Reversing is nigh impossible.

I've only a few questions...

• Have you tried changing keyboards in order to rule out a failing one?
  
• Have you tried pulling up a text editor of your choice when this starts happening?
  
• Did you leave the shortcut for StickyKeys enabled on your system?
  
• Have you tried the "Numpad '.' (period)" key for reversing throttle when this happens?

...because it seems like your "W" key or "Numpad '0' (zero)" key might be getting stuck or something as either a coincedence or consequence due to using the default "Alt" key for the MASC function when playing.
