I keep getting this 'you have triggered the automated penalty system.." message - I only leave if my mech is dead or if the match is over. I haven't been teamkilling people, maybe the odd accidental bullet from time to time but nothing egregious.

Is this happening a lot to anyone else?

Thinking about it , each instance has been when my game crashed when trying to leave a game and the automatic report was generated. I wonder if that counted as a network disconnect rather than a proper game exit?
