With the latest patch my gameplay was impacted pretty strongly by an incredibly sharp drop in FPS. The game went from smooth 60+ to sub 20 fps with constant stuttering. I'm running i9-10850K + 3080 so this is alarming. Also I don't want to play at sub 20 fps. Please look into this.

Seems to be normal after spamming some repairs and restarts - although nothing else seems to have changed to know the cause? No change in temps, resource usage, background processes or anything.

try to delete your shader cache. Either manually or run the repair tool.
