Has anyone gotten their 2021 Night Gyr NTG-D(CS)

Did I not understand how the supporter packs work?

I too do not know how to get the mech, cockpit items, or decals. I did not see a link to redeem and do not see it automatically redeeming since yesterday.

I am pretty sure I only got partial rewards from last years support pack too.

Yeah, I bought the pack and got a redeem code in my email within minutes. Entered it on the website here, logged in 2 hours later and it popped into my mechlab after the list of everything injected. worked smoothly.

It's been like 6 or 8 hours now.. and still no new mech...

If anyone is concerned that they did not receive the NTG-D(CS) they can go to their forum profile, change the Sort By field to Purchase Date, then filter for Special (type), Heavy (class), and Clan (faction); there are only 32 of those Mechs so it will easily show up there. Contact support if you are having any problems as they will respond with assistance.

So it shows that I have it there...Crohnic, but not in my mechlab. I've been in and out of games, and I've closed and opened the game... so support is my option, and it's the weekend. Fantastic

Maybe support isn't working during the weekend. I really wanted to use it in my drop deck. Now I'm just venting. I've seen a bunch of people using theirs, and nothing for me. Waiting for support to email me back I guess.

Not that I know of, I clicked on the heavy tab. As far as I know all the rest of my heavies are there. The triple xp isn't the end of the world, and who knows if I'd even like the mech in the end. Just odd. I've paid for my fair share of stuff. This is the first time I haven't gotten what I paid for... yet. Surely they'll make good on it...

You've stayed with me, in this saga this long. I have received my mech! Still no email... strange, but I accept! Now if only I could delete this entire thing, as it no longer matters.
