The pilot names get nerfed by the mods regularly, that’s why you see the occasional “Mechwarrior123456”. For the rest, screenshot and report, it’s all you can really do.

Why does this always come up in every game I play?

Like this game that is mainly played by adults imo, there is another game I play that is an MMO (not world of warcrack) It's rated TEEN+ mostly played by adults but has kids playing it to.

I find that most of the ones guilty of these behaviors are the kids playing. Names, cursing, griefing, etc.....

Spare not the rod on whoever brings the game experience into disrepute. No discrimination or bias, just everyone treated in the same way.
