I never though of the uziel as bad...even though it is... but I always thought of it as a challenge you know? To try and get a "gg!" out of it, which I did more than a handful of times.

That would be a frankenmech you are describing there, and it would be 100% lore friendly. In all honestly would love to see some mechs like that added to the game.

Nope. Nothing of what they showed reflects a max engine rating. However, you can probably make an educated guess based on the engine it comes with and other 100 tonners.
My own personal guess is they'll cap it at 350. This is based on other 100 tonners that come with 300 engines, as well as whichever of the previous Legendary 'mechs recently came with a larger than legal engine rating, but still had the max rating equivalent to other examples of its chassis that came with the closest legal engine size.

Nnnnoooo it's that the Avatar actually owes its existence to captured Clan Maddog/Vulture mechs ("the Avatar's design is based on captured Vulture OmniMechs") and the Sunder was the result of the IS capturing and reverse engineering Summoners and Hellbringers ("The Sunder is the product of what was learned from captured Loki[ and Thor OmniMechs."). The Owens has a similar look to the Jenner IIC in MW4M, but its appearance in MW3 and some of the TRO stuff is decidedly different (and arguably much less interesting), so they could crib some JR7IIC parts/geometry and mess with them stylistically to get the MW4M Owens.
Frankenmechs are something entirely different.

The Rakshasa is a completly diffrent mech the annihlator in lore was extinct to non-existant in the inner sphere until after the clans Dragoon compromise brought the Wolf's dragoons to the inner sphere bringing with them annnilators and other star league mechs many like the Annihilator never actually existed in the Inner sphere as Kerenksy took them and the plans with him before any major production of them began in the inner sphere.
If we were really following the lore only the clans would have had the annihilator at first...
Unlike the annhilator the Rakshasha is an attempt to build a timberwolf from inner sphere design the Black hawk KU is also a inner sphere designed and built Nova...

The game is nearing the end of its life, we might as well go out with a bang, throw all semblance of balance and moderation out of the window and have fun with it eh?

It ain't that until someone does the following with an ANH-GZ(LGD) while with a Team that would support them...

And did I forget to mention it can do that without Ghost Heat happening at all?

Why do I now have this really scary feeling that someone (maybe even someone who hates me) would decide to gift me the ANH-GZ(LGD) just to ensure my running such a design?!?!? Perhaps it may be time for me to hide somewhere?!?!?

except it can't alpha. gauss weapons are capped at fire 2 at any given time (you don't see it often since so few mechs can fit more then 2 but if you try to alpha with 3+ gauss rifles you'll find that only 2 will charge and any given time) (that said 5 gauss rifles on a staggered firing patters will still be something to fear)
