Hello,

In the buy page for this Legendary 'Mech, there is a misspelling in the CT for the MASC MK2 equipment.

I will definitely be purchasing this shadow cat however, great work and keep 'em coming!

Bought the mech, came with an empty torso, no AC20 and C-AC20 ammo in the head. Quirked for Clan AC20 ammo, but when I put a clan AC20 in the mech I get kicked for invalid loadout. WTF.

Does its RT Right Torso have an actual ballistic hardpoint? or is the Special NOBLE AC20 just... there?

If its not an actual ballistic HP on that right torso, so you can play with builds, I'm not touching this.

It's not a hardpoint, it's a fixed innersphere AC/20.
You can't transfer this omnipod on another ShadowCat or place another RT on the Noble.

Ahhh, i see. You have to read the patch notes to get info about the mech. Very clever marketing.
I love the Shadow Cat. I bought every Legend so far. Hard pass on this one.

If you want to break so8 and do something like an AC20 and APG build, you can actually swap in the B-RT and Prime-RA to gain ballistic range and massive cooldown quirks. You do lose the so8 ammo quirks but the ammo count in c-AC20 ammo is still high due to the usual multi pellet count.

You mean you can swap the RT pod and keep the AC/20, but get the quirks? Interresting but Imho it should not be a feature.

I have bought and played this 'mech for a few days now.

I want to congratulate the team for continuing to take risks in giving us chassis that are unique and will always have their own style to play even if that means it's slightly more predictable to well-knowing Mechwarriors who can categorize as such

I applaud this direction, same as the IS BlackHawk to make these 'mechs often and as unique as can be, the blend of Dragoon-era technology has been really engaging in cross-tech 'mechs.

With all this said, do consider allowing Legendary bolt-ons to become cross-tech with similar variant chassis, it would entice Legendary Battlepass rewards to mean much more and would boon recognition to those that buy and complete each Battlepass.

May we cross paths on the battlefield for glorious combat!

Support had me delete the shadowcat.pak and revalidate. Worked. Has anyone figured out if this is a tribute mech of some sort, or just a badly executed idea?

it's a fixed Inner spher Ac 20 that uses C-ac20 ammo.

yes no matter what Rt omnipod you put in the Ac20 remains..... i think that's a bug... it seems this custom ac-20 is fixed to the chassis.... which it's suppose to be but i don't think you should be able to change the omnipod and keep the ac 20...

I wanted to report a mistake. When you take your right hand from another chassis (P or Prime), the amount of ammunition does not increase.
