Anyone else seen a lot more teleporting mechs than normal recently?

Have seen quite a few lights skipping about without covering the space in between recently. Always the same mechs doing it repeatedly. If I see a mech do it once, then I always see that mech doing it repeatedly.

Is this just someone with a really bad connection/ping or are people doing ping manipulation to confuse the net-code to make themselves harder to hit?

If you see one mech do it, its their internet connection. If you see a lot of mechs doing it, its YOUR internet connection.

Yes, there are several guys, who use this cheat. They moving in usual mode when all ok. When they come to bad spot, when several enemies shooting them, they activate something and starting teleporting. So when enemy team shooting at teleporting image even with lasers, they don't hit at all (include me, I am not blind). Such guys using not only light mechs, but mediums too.

I spotted them for several years and when I tell about them, people think, I am crazy. Well I need videos for prof, but I don't take them.

Yeah its always 1 or max 2 mechs in game, everyone else is fine.
It looks like ping manipulation to me but I guess it could just be people having a really bad ping.
