•FS9-H
○Added -25% Gauss Cooldown Standard Gauss Cooldown

•FS9-K
○Added 20% Small Laser Family Range Nope, not SXPLs. Not like anyone would use them anyways lul.

I guess a 19.8 DPS HGR would be pretty absurd even on a 50 KPH light that still hasn't recovered from the resizening, but I am still disappoint.

My math sucks, that's only 14.6 DPS fully skilled, same as the HBK-GI and RGH-2A. Not even gamebreaking except maybe for light Solaris events...

Good day

Can i request that there are bigger or more diverse rotations for mechs that go onto sale?

The last 2-3 months has been mostly the same mechs on sale, Firestarters, Banes, Corsairs, Atlases.

Please consider mechs like King Crabs, Ravens, Nightstarts, Jagermechs, Victors etc.

Maybe somewhere is a tracker one can work from to give every chassis some chance to balance it out for a sale?

Thanking you in advanced!
Warm regards!

I've tried a couple games with the FS9-H and I feel kinda whelmed? Done both hgauss and gauss plus 4 erml. The hgauss requires you to strip a bunch of armor to go a reasonable speed and has no space for jump jets, only 1 ton of ammo. The normal gauss feels like it's more work to get it functioning than it's worth. You might as well use another mech with better range syncing like the 3 lppc spider. You could try gauss plus a single lppc but that seemed too low in damage to me.

That's just how slow lights often are.
It's like someone forgot to give them more cooldown/heat quirks for their lack of durability, which made it so that even if they managed to position themselves correctly, they don't actually have as much impact to the match as much as an actual heavy/medium that positions similiarly.

This is roughly the HGR build on the Firestarter-H
https://mwo.nav-alph...=e191c8ef_FS9-H

It has been and will always be a meme, albeit a fun one. People have been running this since before the recent buffs. First thing is, try to vote for short range maps and play it around hard cover. Second, it has -100% crit chance receiving which means NONE of its equipment, HGR, JJ, etc. can be crit out. To kill the mech the enemy has to completely destroy the target components.

Now, the other thing it's quirked for is to cosplay a Hollander, so you can run regular Gauss to do that at much longer ranges and heavier armor if you prefer.

Not being able to get critted doesn't really matter when its structure points isn't even that much more than the itemHP for H/GR anyway.

I just went over the sale again, there is not a single heavy mech in there that i could find mostly lights and assaults , and 1 medium of Clan and IS.

please assist or expand it it a bit?

That's because they were the mechs changed in the recent patch. When a mech gets adjusted it goes on sale. That said PGI may do an all-store holiday sale at some point like it has in the past.

100%. im already aware of this. Im just asking for a few additional mechs - even if they didnt have changes to them? if that makes sense. or at least a few mechs of each weight class instead of one of each

Just happy to see active development!
When it comes to new 'Mechs, it is my impression that the development depends on the MechWarrior 5: Clans development. That means Clan 'Mechs available in 3050s, not (mostly) IS 'Mechs from 3060s.

I'd like to see more MW4 mechs - Templar, Hellhound, Chimera, Argus...
The MWO power creep is real and I think that the majority of players understands this fact. Templar, Chimera, Argus are low-end 'Mechs in their respective weight classes.
