Went to redeem the Snowball thinking I would get a second one.

Nope.

Is there an alternate reward if you already have both mechs?

if we can sell the mechs, mechbays. if not, well mothballs.

they give away enough free stuff now its kind of hard to complain.

Sell what? Did not get anything.

Free stuff may be true for people that do not spend money. Someone pays for the content to be created or distributed.

As a paying customer you can thank me later. .

let me know when you break four digits. im not one to look a gift horse in the mouth. use the mech, dont, do the event, dont, sell the mech, dont, i dont really care. but dont expect a substituted prize every time you score the wrong thing.

Other than that, I have redeemed all rewards (both free 'Mechs included) without problems.

Sometimes it's easier to press the "E" on the bottom of the MechLab page, select your Event, and then [Redeem_All]...

yeah i feel ya, i already have them myself. sadly i don't think yo can sell (S) variant mechs, at least i don't see them in in my inventory under Mechs. oh well they will just sit and gather dust in the storage bay. not gonna gripe to much though as free mechs are free mechs and its great for those that don't already have them. the extra mech bays would be nice but i have plenty open ones at the moment.

In my previous post I told you exactly how to contact the MWO Support. So if you wish to obtain a pair of 'Mechbays with "Snowball" and "Fireball" in them, you know how to do that. If you do not want them, then do nothing ...

The choice is yours.

hey OP i will do a test when i unlock either one of them (aven't been in the mood for MWO much lately so i have only played 1 real match since the event started.). i'll pop back into here and let you know if i got duplicate snowball/fireball or if i got nothing.

yeah i got duplicates as i expected though it took forever to inject them. also just in case anyone else has a similar issue, sometimes you have to completely exit and reload the game for the free mechs to show up.
