Am I able to download my purchased MW5:Clans and put on DVD/USB and play later in future without using steam/internet?

I think PGI themselves will have the answer you need. Please go to...

...and review the page. Please make sure to scroll down through all of it, even if you don't see a scrollbar present in your view. If what you see there does not satisfy you, there is an E-Mail link on that page to use should a need arise.
