In the trailer, it shows a warhammer fighting a Jenner. I remember reading in the FASA days that they lost a lawsuit against the owners of Robotech. Basicly FASA stole the "look" of a lot of the original mechs, such as the Warhammer, Marauder, and Phoniex Hawk, from robotech. FASA paid some money and could no longer include these designs in any of their new products. Which is why those mechs never appeared again in any of the tech readouts or novels.

Did T&S somehow get the rights back? If they didn't they will probably be sued again and we won't see those mechs in the game.

They had some issues for doing it, but I think they allowed it to them then. :P

H&G still retain rights to the "unseens" but they came to an agreement on their use.
