The cyclops is just damned cool and makes for an excellent and versatile command mech.
The Victor even, as it is just bad ***... AC-20, speed, and jump jets? I want some.
And for all you Awesome lovers out there, just because it is named Awesome doesn't mean it is awesome. In my view it's a hampered design relying too much on one type of weapon which generates to much heat and takes to long to cycle. I'll take on an Awesome in my Stalker any day.

For this one, I'd like to see an assault. Ideally the Awesome, but a jumping assault like the Victor or Highlander would also be good.

Really..?
Its ugly and I never cared for it personally.. It looks like a Hard Boiled Egg falling out of a box or a Shoe Box taking a #2..
Also makes chicken walkers look stable in comparison..
I'm sorry, but that comment you made is so funny I HAVE to go to the bathroom now! LOL XD ROFL XD XD XD ANYWAY, I think that the Stalker is comparable Awesome in terms of firepower. But the Awesome is AWESOME, and the Stalker is a WANNABE!!!!!!!!!!! imo

Yea, but making the stalker have reverse-jointed legs makes much more sense. Its obvious the original concept artist didn't have a high regard for the laws of physics..

Well, the original TRO artwork must have intended for the Stalker to be painted in marmalade swirls while it "keeps on truckin'"
Presumably, the lasers also fire in psychedelic colors.
That said, I don't know that changing the knee direction really helps a walking submarine be less nose-heavy.

The Black Knight, Thug, Highlander and King Crab are all far too rare in this time period to warrant their inclusion before dozens of much more common and representative designs.
I don't think there would be too much problem to have a black knight or some other such "hard to find" mech in this time period... cause they're still their which would just translate into harder to find more expensive!

It amazes me that whoever modeled that figure actually copied the TRO's stupid walking gait and pose directly....didn't even bother to question it, and maybe correct it.
Admittedly simply making it reverse jointed won't solve the weight distribution problem of the TRO, but it would look better and less awkward. FD's stalker however has a much better distribution centered over the hips more.

I would vote for the Awesome as well though there is nothing wrong with getting a Zeus or a Hatamoto Chi
