My vote from Oct31st and them claiming a summer release was mid August and I stick to it... though I would love to be wrong 
It would give a summer of Closed and then Open Beta testing, where a lot of participants can really stress the servers and crack the game for exploits so when it launches in August it is a solid and sturdy game!
