They weren't specific as to the fact that we were being graced with 2 parts.

OK, I think I got it.

Quote #1 "Open on the 7th, Close on the 12th."

Quote #2 "Answers will be given on the 12th."

Quote #3 "Answers will be given on the 14th."

Assumption: "Open on the 7th, Close on the 12th, answers on the 14th." (where is Dev Blog Part #2 in all that?)
