Gil, agreed...Gattling, don't even pay attention to this nonsense from Dal...What started out as good natured ribbin' thread has turned personal. Not appropriate in the MWO forums.

I'm pretty sure the target of the 4th Suc War was picked by Hanse Davion because House Laio tried to kill him and replace him with a duplicate. Stuff like that tends to make people mad.

Haha i sure hope that cross-faction enmity will carry over to the game, especially once Community Warfare launches. War is so much more interesting when there are personal narratives and vendettas going with it. Personally i look forward to get paid to settle these petty grudges with a gauss rifle slug to the cockpit! House loyalty be damned, the only authority ill respect is the mighty c-bill

That said:
Only in Liao propaganda was that unit paid by Davion and the Death Commando's got their collective backsides kicked both on New Avalon (by Prince Hanse himself) and in their own capitol (By Duke Hassek). So they can't be THAT hot imo.
The Liao tradition of treachery is well known and Prince Hanse just paid them back in dividend in the 4th SW.

Yeah, i would point out that Gattling actually has come over to our forum and trolled before. I will admit the founders comment was in bad taste, Despite my efforts to try and keep it calm i could not resist the cheap shot. If you read the books It was a ROM unit that attacked New Avalon, as well as the attack on kittery was the opening move of operation rat. AKA the operation that put Justin Xiao into a position of power within the confederation.

also hi everyone. Not going to troll with this statement, you guys just never gave me the chance to say goodbye. So now i will say it, i did enjoy my time in the rangers, but i know that i am past that stage, and can, and will, never go back. So bye, and to everyone but gattling and hans, good luck.

Edit: i only saw the Hatred of house steiner part on the newest reply for this forum and gattling fenn as it's author. and considering his trolling on other forums, i figured this was another i am greater than everyone else and i hate them for not being me post.

Unfortunately, Gatt, you do have a habit of trolling, so you were kind of asking for this, yr second post was childish. I for one would not mind Skye Rangers taking on House Liao on a regular basis, its great for the sprit of warfare, after all why are wars (in-game) fought, other than the fun factor... everyone has their reasons. Its about time that we ALL (and thats including you Arturus... Play the game for a change, instead of the forums) take the game in game and leave the forums alone.

If anything, I applaud the thread, its evident there are a few issues that would prefer be resolved on the battlefield. For one, I call Arturus out to drop in game for once.

Who do you think you are a Davion? History will point out correctly that only Hanse and his Son were able to sample what the Steiners, Kurita, AND Mariks had to "offer" and if rumors are true the fox may have even sampled a bit of Laio....
