Soooo, trying to register for this site with my email

It says it is already registered....so I try to reset password...

"There was a problem with your input"

Whats goin on?

It also says my email was already validated, despite me not even getting to the point of validation.

To be clear this is a friends account I am posting with because I cant log in or anything.
