I am confident House Marik could find a cozy little assignment for a Merc unit with that rich a history and reputation. One can understand why they might be slightly disenchanted with the current war-mongering "axis of evil" that House Steiner and Davion formed, considering their origins. So if they want to be a true "servant of the people", where else to turn but to the most democratic entity remaining in the IS? With the rich diversity that is one of the foundations of the FWL, a unit like the 12th Star Guards can be assured to find a pot for themselves in the FWLM-associated ranks. ;)

"Crab" gets around a lot. Must be lots of parties in the Inner Sphere.

Sorry to be a bit off topic here but don't you guys think it would be fair if they had clan icons for the allegiance photo option on our profile edit, cause my allegiance is to Jade Falcon sorry inner sphere but I'm I clansmen and proud of it since 1995!

There will be no clans in game at game launch and you want to declare allegiance to a non-entity before the game even launches? Ooookay... can I haz WoB allegiance logo for Paul Inouye as well then, pleeeease? And this is way off-topic in here, not just "a bit". :)

Back on topic now...

I always wondered why those units that in particular tried to stick to (some) Star League traditions of old, didn't have like semi-regular reunion events. (Obviously not talking about "on the battlefield" here, duh!) But I guess that common past wasn't really worth mentioning any more in the minds of some, same fate shared by the Martial Olympiad of the Star League... ;)

I wonder if they will have a bondsman option if you get annihilated by the Clans

Nah, we in the Combine got those when ComStar realized the evil FedCom represents and supplied us with weapons. Lesser Houses and mercenary scum are less blessed, though.
