Can Controls be Edited IN Game?

I am learning where I want to assign both keyboard values and joy stick buttons. Is it possible to make such changes In game? If so, how?

If you have a Thrustmaster stick that is capable of running TARGET programming (their mouse/keyboard emulator) this is entirely possible, since MWO thinks it's a keyboard/mouse after that. Your regular setup can remain plugged in and you can switch back and forth as needed. Other mouse keyboard emulators likely work this way as well...
