for everyone who has the issue where he flies back to deksotp when he uses his mouse buttons:

it has something to go with your minimized window before u go into fullscreen with ALT + ENTER
if you change the res (no matter if windowed or fullscreen) to the same res like ur desktop's u wont fly back to desktop..

I set my res to 1920x1080 so now i dont fly back to desktop anymore (because my desktop res is the same).

Also you can lose focus and minimize your game if your running on multiple monitors and you click "off screen"

I have 2 monitors and this fixed it for me... thought it might help others too
