Fixed Dhs Issue

Like many HBK pilots, I equipped endo steel frame with DHS. But after the patch I dropped from 1.4 heat efficiency down to 1.2 heat efficiency ... this seems drastic. Anyone else having issues?

Below is a table which shows how the new "DHS" values have affected heat dissipation relative to the previous model where Built-In HS were valued at 0.1 and Additional HS were 0.2. On it, you can see that there are builds that were impacted positively while others negatively.
