I am thinking no. The CN9-A can't and I think that ability is what you pay extra for when buying the YLW.

I tried earlier tonight and you cannot. The selection is red out. The largest ballistic you can fit in there is the AC/10.

Gauss is actually the largest ballistic weapon you can fit in the arm of a CN9-A or CN9-D

It's because of the lower arm actuator. Takes up a single slot, which means it can't fit the AC20. The Wang and the now removed AH had it removed, meaning they could fit the AC20, but couldn't turn their arm left to right.
