in the middle of a pug, and when I logged back in, my yelllow-wang has massive damage. how do I yank my wang out of a match if this happens again? (double entendre intentional)

You have to wait for the match to be over before you can pull out.

Hauser is correct. There is no way to remove a mech from a match until the match is over. Unfortunately, if you disconnect in the middle of a match, the mech is trapped there.
Unfortunately you are stuck with the repair bills. However, you still receive the end of match money (win or loss) to help offset your repair bills.
