Alpha strike is when you shoot all weapon at once on one enemy.

To clarify: If you're in a trial mech, you'll most likely end up shutting down to cool off after the 2nd or 3rd alpha strike in a row. That's if you're lucky ... you may shut down after the first one depending on the mech

For it to work properly you must shout "alpha strike!' everytime you mash that button.
