No, the data is still a bit older, it doesn't reflect the recent UAC/5 changes yet unfortunately. I will need more data on how often it occurs to estimate an effective DPS value. I hope to steal the information from someone else, like Ohmwrecker perhaps

The AC/5 has been maligned because it's a somewhat slow-firing weapon DPS-wise (~3dps) that has a range roughly comparable to the AC/10 (4dps, with 10dmg in one spot instead of 5dmg), but a much shorter range and 33% more weight than an AC/2 (4dps) and less damage concentration that the AC/20 (5dps, 20dmg in one spot).

The AC/5's ONLY boon is the fact that it's the second most heat-efficient projectile weapon (aside from the Gauss, which is 3x more heat efficient than AC/5 and better to field than a pair of AC/5 in my opinion).

However, a pair of UAC/5 has the same firing rate as 3 AC/5's with 0% jamming risk because the UAC/5 has a 50% higher RoF as the regular AC/5, and still only generates 1 heat per shot.

But as I said before its DPS/ton is better than every AC other than the AC/2

UAC/5 has a higher DPS/ton than normal AC/5... without double tapping (same heat efficiency)

AC/2 - 4dps/6 tons
UAC/5 - 4.55dps/9tons
AC/5 - ~3dps/8 tons
AC/10 - 4dps/12 tons
AC/20 - 5dps/14 tons

The problem in my experience is that it's hard to guarantee you're not accidentally double tapping. So the Double-Shot UAC/5 eficiency is always a bit questionable. I am not even sure actually that the Jamming only triggers on double tapping.
