Just played a 7v8, but had a bunch of "???" people listed as disconnected on my team. I believe the "disconnected" status disappeared later in the game. I have no idea why unless it was tied to a disconnected mech in the game that died.

That's weird. You should definitely send a support ticket with this screenshot as well.
