Hi

my brother is wanting to install and play mwo. He seems to be having an issue after the install is complete. He lives in another state so i dont know the specific error but after he clicks the launcher he gets a "patch already running" msg. He further restarted his pc and got the same message. He then said it popped up with a missing file error.

Any help to this would be appreciated
