All Liao loyalists,

MWO is swiftly approaching. This is something to get excited about, however we (as a house) need to be prepared. We need to understand the following in order to get organized:

1. Who wants to be a part of House Liao in MWO
2. How deeply do they want to be involved

We're going to be dealing with a quite a wide variety of people in House Liao, from all sorts of Battletech, general gaming, and even no backgrounds. Understanding where everyone is coming from will be essential to building a house organization that actively includes everyone... even folks who just want to log in and play for a few hours a week.

To kick this off, I've built a Google docs form that everyone in Liao should fill out. This gathers your forum username, availability, and interests... just enough to give us a picture of Liao.

My intent with this is not to position myself as "the guy" for this sort of thing, as no one really leads us rag tag band of misfits yet.

I feel I should mention that this form is for anyone who is planning to be affiliated with Liao in MWO, even if you already have a "unit". This is basically a head count for the house

Hey Stalkerr I signed up, I will probably send you a PM at some stage, I was in the process of setting up a single company by the name of Capellan Commandos, but this post got me thinking that it could be boosted to a regiment sized unit, just wondering if you would like to collaborate so that we can cover as many timezones as possibly and get things moving for our fellow Capellans.

The intention is not to form any units at this stage. As Metro is fond of saying, "we don't actually know how any of this is going to work in-game yet so don't make any plans". We're just collecting names to figure out who is intending on playing as Liao and what level of involvement (if any) they want to have beyond dropping in and shooting things... it answers "Who is Liao?"

That being said, I'm interested in what you have to say, so feel free to PM me

I will be there whenever I can. I don't have a fixed timeframe or day of the week I can play. Because of that I didn't fill out your form, sorry.
I will do:
- Piloting (Scouting)
- Field Command (if neccessary)
- Overall Strategy (if neccessary)
- Anything else to help my comrades.

I do hope you get some more response.

This isn't the most active forum, which is probably why. I know a number of people that will be joining us that don't really lurk on the MWO forums.

Please still fill out the form if you're going to be Liao! Just make a note in the "Other" option for times you can play that "I'll play when I can". We aren't going to hold anyone to any of what they enter in this form... it's more of a survey of who we can't count on to be in Liao for MWO

I tried, but you need to fill in a weekday to complete the form, and I can't provide one. I don't know on which days I can and on wich I can not play and it can change any moment of the day.

Until you make parts of the document optional I cant send my data.
