Now that the RVN-3L is, as of now, the only 35 ton mech that can mount ECM do you think it will be considered a "Viable Competitive Chassis"

Well you lost me. I don't really know what you're asking.

What I'm asking is:

Under the current matchmaking system, how can you ensure that you get two premades fighting against each other?

Even when 8-man premades were available, how were you able to co-ordinate, consistently, to get two 8-man premades to fight each other without problems?

Doesn't matter. Why take a Raven over a Cicada in a 8v8 premade (which supposedly won't be class-based matching). The thread talks about being competitive. The raven does nothing better (than a minor advantage in speed) that a Cicada can't do better.

Doesn't matter. Why take anything except an Atlas in a 8v8 premade?

Well like I said I think our last match was just 10/16ish. and nothing major has really changed for the raven to make it better than the jenner since then.

And getting consistent drops isn't hard when you have set drop rules. Ie 2,2,2,2 or something like that.

That has to be the worst argument in the history of arguments.

The Raven 3L can fit a xl295 so almost as fast as the Jenner. I will still be using my Cicada for ecm.
