I just build a new computer and reloading ever thing. But when hit play..
I keep geting the " program cant start becouse XINPUT1_3.dll missing."

I have wipe it out and redown loaded 3 times. Help.

Did you install DirectX 9.0c already?
XINPUT1_3.dll is part of the DX9 package and is no longer included in newer versions.

Did you install the Microsoft .NET frameworks and all updates to them?
