With a good engine I imagine you can push the little ******* to 70, with JJ and some tweaking.
It was never meant to scout duel, but it would be funny to see that, it was meant to land hilarious rear torso hits with an AC20.

Fold your legs up on your chair and put your hands on your knees, think of a commando in the same position and you have the approximate dimensions of an urbanmech. They are tiny overall due to the lack of long legs and how deep they are.
